As a Packers fan, this years whole business with favre as a Viking made me look deeply into my most Paulie Auferian aspects of my fandom. In fact, my twitter feed? I had made illicit threats on the lives of like half the team by the end of the Monday Night Football game.

But that was mostly dead baby comedy. Mostly. And in the time since, I’ve learned a lesson. Sometimes, two people can be right about a scenario. Favre could still play, and Rodgers it better with what the Packers needed. In fact? Brett Favre did a good thing today.

He killed an internet meme. He killed it dead faster than Baloon Boy. Faster than Imma let you fi8nnish. By just having fun in the locker room? He gunslung this Pants on the Ground meme dead.

And for that? I am apprecaitive.
