Racing has been rained out at Santa Anita, forcing the Grade 2 San Marcos Handicap to be postponed. Track president Ron Charles said Monday that a series of heavy rains washing through Southern California canceled racing on the main track. No races were scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday.
