ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orlando Magic talked all season long about trying to peak at just the right time.It sure looks like they have.
After a first-round sweep of the Charlotte Bobcats, the Magic are flexing their muscles again, overpowering the Atlanta Hawks in the first two games of this Eastern Conference semifinal round.
After a 43-point victory in Game 1, they took the best shot the Hawks could offer in Game 2 and spit it right back with an impressive 112-98 victory Thursday night.
The Hawks may have won 53 games during the regular season -- No. 3 seed in the East -- but they looked almost helpless against all the weapons the Magic have unfurled.
"You need to be almost perfect to beat that team,'' conceded Hawks coach Mike Woodson.
