Former Robert Morris coach Mike Rice has been introduced as Rutgers new men’s basketball coach. Athletic director Tim Pernetti made the announcement Thursday, saying Rice was given a five-year contract with an average salary of $650,000. Rice led Robert Morris to two straight NCAA tournament appearances.
