Don Nelson Takes His Players to a Bar

Don Nelson has been known to throw back a few from time to time, and the NBA even had to tell him to stop bringing beer to post-game pressers back in 2007. So maybe it shouldn't come as a huge surprise that while trying to bond with some of his younger players, he chose a local bar as the setting.

According to our old pal Matt Steinmetz, Nellie took Stephen Curry, Anthony Morrow, and Anthony Tolliver to an Oakland bar after a noon practice on Thursday, presumably to spend some quiet time talking about defense and playing the right way.
