Two of North Carolina State’s reserves say they are transferring. Wolfpack coach Sidney Lowe said Tuesday night that forward Josh Davis and guard Julius Mays were leaving the program in search of better opportunities elsewhere. Davis played 31 games during his freshman season but did not play in the final five games of the season.
