Jockey Norberto Arroyo Jr. has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison in a cocaine-possession case that unfolded a few blocks from New York’s Saratoga Race Course. The 33-year-old Arroyo was in the Saratoga County jail Saturday, awaiting transfer to the state prison system. He was sentenced Friday.
