Tennessee Titans backup quarterback Chris Simms was arrested Thursday in New York City on charges of driving while on drugs, police said. Simms is the son of former New York Giants quarterback Phil Simms. The 29-year-old was stopped in Manhattan at about 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Police say he appeared to be slurring his speech and his eyes were red, and appeared to have been smoking marijuana.
