The Detroit Red Wings have re-signed forward Drew Miller to a one-year contract. Terms were not released Tuesday. The 26-year-old Miller was the Anaheim Ducks’ sixth round pick (186th overall) in 2003 out of Michigan State. He played parts of three seasons with the Ducks before a trade to Tampa Bay Lightning before the 2009-10 season.
